This Rasp/Grater/Zester is made with a handle of wood. It features a sturdy steel frame with a stainless steel blade, razor sharp teeth for maximum results with minimum effort and removable handle for cleaning. The rubber foot on the end of the grater prevents marking and helps hold it securely in place. A handy plastic cover is included to protect the cutting surface from dulling and to protect your hands.
