This is a salt/pepper has a ceramic grinder so it can do either salt or pepper. This wood is a laminated Birch in the colors Blue, White, and Bright Blue. Basically, the birch is sliced into thin sheets and dyed, then glued together in a block then turned into shape on a lathe.
