This item is a flipper that has a sharp end that a person uses to flip a steak, bacon, or a brisket smoking on the Barbeque or you can use it in the kitchen too. It has a stainless steel un-screwable end so you don't have to get the wood wet when you clean it. The handle is made from a whiskey stave.
