This is a pepper mill made to look like an antique grinder and a ceramic grinder for the salt mill. The wood is Bethlehem Olivewood from Israel. The olivewood in Israel is protected because it is a wood sacred to them, and for this reason they protect their trees from being needlessly cut down and all our wood is certified to be only from the prunings of these trees. Being that is is from older trees there is much character in these pieces. They have nooks and crannies that have been filled in with epoxy to stop cracking. Comes with a certificate of authenticity from Israel.
